AnJo Tile & Remodeling, Inc is committed to your privacy on www.anjotile.com. This Privacy policy applies to the web sites owed or controlled by AnJo Tile & Remodeling, Inc.

Anjo Tile & Remodeling, Inc (“company”, “our”, “we” or “us”) will collect and store the information (except any data related to the payment information) in a database in a secure environment at our data center. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by court of law. Information provided to us is only available to our employees.

Company may collect personal and non-personal information from you to: (I) to contact you regarding your use of the web sites, inquiries or purchases you have made threw our web sites; (II) to respond to requests you have made; (III) to send you product catalogs or promotional materials *; (IV) to improve the services we provide; (V) for our internal business purpose; (VII) other purposes described when your information is collected.

Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. By using our web site and making purchases you shall be deemed to have approved and consented to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Return policy
Returns must be made with in 30 days of when the customer receives the product. AnJo Tile and Remodeling, Inc can not accept any open box, clearance or discontinued products, special order, custom order products. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility for the customer. After we have received the product please allow 72 hours to process the return. Cancelled orders prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. Otherwise freight and restocking 25% fee will apply. Please call customer service as soon as possible to identify cancelled order. Samples are not refundable. Deliveries which are refused are considered as returns and are subject to this return policy.

If an order is cancelled and a refund warranted, we will do this in a timely manner. No refunds will be issued until the items are received back in our warehouse in the condition as it was when shipped. AnJo Tile and Remodeling, Inc will issue the customer the refund based on how the order was paid. To receive refund we require that returns must be: * damage free and in the condition as shipped; * original packages as shipped; * include the original invoice provided by us.

Shipping Policy.
Anjo Tile & Remodeling, Inc will ship the products with in US. We utilize a variety of national freight companies as well as our own fleet locally. The in stock orders will be processed within 5 business days. Special and back orders may vary. We will contact you via email or phone with the estimated shipping date. Please note that it may take around from two to six weeks to process back order. For custom made items same day shipping is available and customer will be charged rush fee $10 per item. Shipping cost and time vary due to the location and distance, weight, class of materials, insurance, duties and conditions of the delivery environment. We will provide you, the customer, with all the information regarding your order as soon as we place the order for shipping. Customer will be provided with the phone number and tracking number so that you can call and track your shipment if necessary.

Once your material arrives at your home or job site we recommend that you make inspection of the tile before you accept the delivery. Once product has been cut or installed, we are unable to accept it back. Failure to accept the ordered items will be considered and the return and customer will be charged restocking fee 25% of the total dollar amount purchased. Custom made items are not refundable. It is your responsibility to have adequate manpower to offload the material. Most products are shipped on pallets of individual cartoons weighing 25-100 lbs each and the customer is responsible for unloading the materials from the tailgate. Damage during shipping. All shipments are insured. When you receive a package from a shipper and it is damaged, you must contact us within 2 business days and report that the package arrived in damaged condition. Upon notification of a damaged shipment we will process the claim with the shipping company; meanwhile, we will re-ship the damaged items. Please do not refuse delivery. Refusing delivery will further delay your receipt of replacement. You need to keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished. You will need to send us pictures and description of damaged item and/or damaged item. Shipping samples. Our product samples are free but we ask customers to pay a shipping and handling fee $15 per package. You have to call customer service to order the samples. Samples usually will be received within 5 business days unless there will be stated delivery conditions.
